My Teaching Philosophy
The main components of my teaching philosophy:
I believe the the role of the educator at the beginning of a program should be hands-on and the curriculum should be slanted to be more teacher-centric.
Educators should structure their program to begin with providing background and contextual knowledge to lay the foundational groundwork for the learner.
As the program progresses, the curriculum should shift from closely controlled to become more exploratory for the learner. In conjunction with this shift, the educator’s role evolves from manager to guide.
